With over 23 years of experience in finance, accounting, and advisory services, Abel is passionate about helping businesses simplify compliance and fuel growth through smart use of technology. He supports clients with navigating complex tax issues, streamlining financial reporting, and automating core finance processes to free up time and drive efficiency.

Shalini Bilgunde

Accounting Associate

Shalini has been part of the Alexander Rosse team for the past 9 months, working as an Accounting Associate. She is committed to keeping clients’ records accurate and up to date, supporting them with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing queries. Shalini plays a key role in ensuring smooth client communication on finance matters and is focused on advancing her accounting career through continuous learning and professional development.

Damian Swiatek

Accounts Assistant

Damian is currently completing his apprenticeship with Alexander Rosse as he works toward becoming a Chartered Accountant. He is passionate about expanding his knowledge of finance and consistently pushing himself to improve. Damian enjoys being challenged and takes pride in both the quality of his work and the support he provides to the wider team. Outside of work, he leads an active lifestyle, training in Muay Thai, going to the gym, and embracing new experiences whenever the opportunity arises.

A fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, Gayani has over 15 years of experience in both industry and practice, including time spent at a leading blue-chip insurance firm. Specialising in supporting high-growth companies, they focus on bringing structure, strategic insight, and financial discipline to ambitious businesses. Their approach goes beyond the numbers—helping clients connect with their data to drive sustainable growth and long-term confidence.

Prachi Joshi

Client Services Manager

Prachi is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) with over 18 years of experience across auditing, practice, and industry in both India and the UK. She helps business owners genuinely understand their numbers and turn financial insight into sustainable growth. Leading our sustainability service, Prachi guides clients to make decisions that are commercially sound and environmentally responsible in equal measure, grounded in her belief that "the environment belongs to all living beings, so it needs protection by all, for the welfare of all."

Blake Bonner

Senior Client Accountant

Blake brings over 8.5 years of experience to the firm, having joined in January 2017 as an apprentice with no prior industry background. Since then, he has steadily progressed through the ranks and is now part-qualified with ACCA, working towards full qualification by summer 2026. Blake manages a diverse portfolio of clients—from contractors to large, fast-growing multinational companies—with a particular focus on the technology sector and scaling SMEs.

Ahsen is a qualified accountant with over 7 years of experience in practice, helping businesses stay on top of their accounts, tax, and compliance. With a friendly and proactive approach, he has a natural ability to turn complex numbers into clear, practical insight keeping everything running smoothly so clients can focus on growing their business with confidence. Outside the office, his energy doesn’t slow down. Whether he’s flying a small Cessna through open skies, keeping up with the latest in the car world, or enjoying social gatherings with friends and family, Ahsen brings the same enthusiasm to everything he does.
